Health Services

Quality primary health care for families in Port Moresby and remote highland communities.

The need

Our two Port Moresby clinics are among the busiest in the country. Many patients come from settlements with few other options, and when medicines run out elsewhere, families can be left with nowhere to turn.

In Simbu Province, many families live hours from the nearest health centre. Before the Kalewere aid post, people walked 5 to 6 hours for care. Pregnant women, the elderly, people with disabilities and young children are most at risk.

How you can help

A gift keeps medicines on the shelves and helps finish Kalewere’s water supply and staff housing, so care is there when families need it.
